Product Return Policy

Return Policy:
- If any ordered product is damaged or if you wish to exchange any purchased product, the customer must bring the product along with the invoice and price tag within 10 days.
- Ordered products are not eligible for return.
- The ordered product can only be changed once.
- Discounted Items, Accessories, Cosmetics, Underwear, Jewelry, Watches, and Sports equipment are not exchangeable.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
However, please keep in mind:
- After receiving any exchange-related complaint, your order will first be verified by our e-commerce team, and then a new product will be provided to you based on the above conditions.
- Product exchanges are subject to the availability of your desired product in stock.
- In the case of any unintended errors from the software or unavailability of the product due to stock, the authority reserves the right to cancel the order.
Note: Except for Fridays and other government holidays, customer service is available from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on the remaining days of the week.
